Vendor needs to provide safe digital world empowering youth services to the government authority located in Washington, DC.– Connect youth of legal working age to safe, market–relevant apprenticeship and skills training opportunities that support dignified employment, with a focus on digital skills and the introduction of America EdTech tools and training.– Develop and implement child–centered online safety protocols, tools, and training modules tailored for educators, parents, and children with specific attention on child labor and predatory practices.– Strengthen the capacity of national and local governments to prevent online exploitation, enforce child labor laws, and respond effectively to emerging digital threats.– Projects will take a holistic, child–centered approach to prevention, protection, and empowerment by bringing together digital safety, education, workforce development, and government capacity building into one integrated model.– Ensure children below the domestic minimum age for work who are at high risk of child labor or recently withdrawn from child labor are encouraged to enroll or maintain enrollment in high–quality, age–appropriate education technology programs.
