(1) Vendor needs to provide custodial services to the government authority located in Tempe, AZ.• Classrooms, Labs, Conference Rooms, Break Rooms, Admin. Office, Library, Performing Arts and Cafeteria Buildings–includes hallways and entryways.• Restrooms, locker rooms and weight room – includes entryway to restroom• Janitorial Closets• Wash walls, doors, and door facings with mild detergent• Clean all carpeting (dry or wet extraction)• Clean windows–inside and outside• Washing interior of all window glass• Dust and clean all return and supply air vents(2) All questions must be submitted no later than September 4, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
