(1) Vendor needs to provide restraint, time out and isolated time out practices training and development service to the government authority located in Illinois. – Develop and oversee a learning management system and website for external training.– Create and deliver high–quality online professional learning that is engaging, accessible, and grounded in adult learning theory.– Maintain Virtual Communities of Practice for each professional learning area.– Schedule and host 15 in–person workshops.– Develop a plan for continuous improvement over the course of the contract.(2) Pre–bid meeting will be held on Jul 29, 2026.
