– Vendor needs to provide sign design, engineering, fabrication, and installation service. – Provide sign design, engineering, fabrication, and installation firms to provide turnkey services for the creation of nation community signs at multiple locations throughout the nation. – Provide complete design, engineering, permitting assistance, fabrication, delivery, installation, and commissioning of each sign.– Signs shall reflect the unique identity of each community while maintaining a consistent level of quality and visual impact comparable to the city.– Reference sign is approximately 18 feet in height and 25 feet in width. final dimensions may vary based upon site–specific consditions and approved design.– Similar in overall scale, quality, and visual presence applied to all signs.– Approximately 18 feet tall by 25 feet wide, subject to final engineering and site conditions.– Provide a cohesive family of signs while allowing each location to have its own distinct identity.– Prepare conceptual renderings, material selections, color palettes, and construction details for owner review and approval.– Signs shall be fabricated using durable, high–quality materials.– Reinforced concrete foundations, where required fabrication shall conform to the approved engineered drawings.
