ELECTRIC-1005 - USA (Seattle, Washington) - Electrical Engineering Support Services - Deadline September 15,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide electrical engineering support services to the government authority located in Seattle, WA.• Conduct field verification and data collection for electrical equipment• Consult with utility companies to obtain primary maximum available fault current data from the service transformers• Develop or update as–built one–line diagram and maintain electrical system models• Perform short–circuit, protection and coordination, and arc flash hazard studies• Prepare stamped arc flash reports, including assumptions, methodology, and results• Produce and install arc flash labels per agency label template/standard• Provide mitigation recommendations, including device trip setting coordination or replacement• Perform thermographic inspections and issue reports detailing results• Review agency existing electrical safety procedures and provide recommendations to enhance consistency, compliance, and alignment with agency, and industry best practices.(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 4, 2026.(4) Non–Mandatory Pre–bid meeting will be held on September 1, 2026.
