USAC advised all applicants to include all three categories of service on each 470. School City of Hammond is seeking proposals for a project to supply network equipment at its eligible locations. There is an RFP document that provides greater detail on the scope of this project. It is important that service providers read the attached document to fully understand this project and prepare a more directed bid. Applicable items should include all related software and hardware components that enable the functionality of the equipment (including any necessary mounting brackets, power cables, multi-year licenses/software, and basic maintenance). Vendors shall specify all fees, shipping charges, taxes, surcharges and contingency fees for eligible equipment. Vendors may submit alternative equipment as long as the equipment is an equivalent make and model, serves a similar functionality, and is compatible with the current network. Include in your proposal, any connectors and / or related components necessary for proper function of the requested items. The District reserves the right to adjust quantities prior to purchasing to meet the Districts needs. _____ Questions No informational meetings or building visits will be scheduled. Emails containing bids shall be plainly marked Bids for RFP FY2027. Bids received after the designated time will be returned unopened.
