(1) Vendor needs to provide special prosecutor service to the government authority located in Agency Village, SD. – Provide attorneys or law firms to serve as a special prosecutor for white collar criminal matters.– Reviewing investigative files, financial records, witness statements, procurement files,and other evidence.– Advising law enforcement or investigative agencies regarding additional investigation as needed.– Making independent charging decisions.– Preparing and filing criminal charges, motions, pleadings, and related documents.– Handling discovery, plea negotiations, hearings, trial, sentencing, restitution, and related proceedings.– Coordinating with law enforcement, victims, witnesses, courts, and government officials as appropriate.– Maintaining confidentiality and complying with all applicable ethical and legal obligations.– Providing periodic status updates to the tribal council.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 16, 2026.
