Vendor needs to provide administrator search service to the government authority located in Ann Arbor, MI. – Conduct a comprehensive national search for next permanent Administrator.– The selected firm will provide professional recruitment expertise, project management, stakeholder and public engagement, candidate sourcing and screening, and support throughout the finalist and selection process.– Project Planning and Search Strategy: Develop a comprehensive project plan outlining the recommended search process, timeline, major milestones, decision points, responsibilities, and deliverables.– Candidate Profile Development: Work with Leadership, the Commissioners, Human Resources, and other identified stakeholders to develop a comprehensive candidate profile reflecting the agency's organizational needs and the responsibilities and qualifications of the Administrator position.– Stakeholder and Public Engagement: Design and facilitate structured opportunities to gather input regarding the qualifications, experience, and leadership characteristics desired in the next Administrator.– National Candidate Recruitment and Outreach: The selected firm will be responsible for developing recruitment materials, marketing the opportunity, conducting direct outreach to active and passive candidates, utilizing appropriate public–sector executive networks and professional associations, and maintaining communication with prospective candidates throughout the process.– Candidate Screening and Evaluation: The firm should conduct preliminary interviews, assess relevant executive and public–sector leadership experience, and provide the agency with a recommended group of qualified candidates for further consideration.– Semifinalist and Finalist Process– Reference Checks and Selection Support– Project Management and Communication
