CLEANING-13369 - USA (Cheyenne, Wyoming) - Janitorial Maintenance Service - Deadline September 2,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide janitorial maintenance service to the government authority located in Cheyenne, WY.– Maintain all agency owned, leased, rented property, work areas and work environments free of personal or non–job–related equipment, personnel, property, or contraband of any and all kind whatsoever. – Remove and dispose of all trash, litter, debris, cigarette butts etc. and weeds inside the rest area boundaries, along the road leading to the rest area, inside the parking area and along the foot path.– Empty, disinfect and clean all litter barrels as required when they are 3/4 full to maintain each barrel in a usable condition as a trash receptacle.– Maintain public arbors and clean all tables with soap and water when necessary to maintain their cleanliness. – Clean, scrub and disinfect all restroom facilities. – Change light bulbs as required and wash all interior windows a minimum of once per week.– Remove snow from sidewalks, restroom facilities, and handicapped access.– Clean dirt and all debris from sidewalks, parking areas and arbors as required.– Clean up animal waste as required.– Maintain, operate, and make minor repairs to the plumbing system to include flush valves, sink faucets, water valves, and restroom facilities as needed or as directed by the project representative.• The contractor shall be available on site on a 24–hour basis, 7 days per week, all year around.(2) The contract period will be for one year. (3) Mandatory pre–bid inspection will be held on August 19, 2026.
