(1) Vendor needs to provide chip sealing services to the government authority located in North Stonington, CT.• The project includes furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment necessary for chip seal application, including surface preparation, asphalt emulsion application, aggregate placement, rolling, sweeping of remaining loose stone(2–4 weeks later), and traffic control.(2) The contract period will be for one year.
