CLEANING-13192 - USA (Corpus Christi, Texas) - Custodial Services for Fleet Heavy Equipment Building - Deadline August 6,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide custodial services for fleet heavy equipment building to the government authority located in Corpus Christi, TX.– Custodial services include, but are not limited to, cleaning and sanitizing restrooms, offices, break room areas, floors, interior glass, high–touch surfaces, and common use areas; removal of trash and recyclables; and replenishment of restroom consumable products as specified by the City.– Custodial services must be performed in accordance with the approved service schedule and in a manner that maintains the facility in a consistently clean, sanitary, and operational condition.– The Contractor shall be responsible for routine sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, dusting, spot cleaning, disinfecting, and removal of trash and recyclable materials from all designated service areas.– Restroom maintenance shall include cleaning and sanitizing toilets, urinals, sinks, mirrors, partitions, dispensers, floors, and related fixtures to ensure the areas remain fully functional, hygienic, and free of objectionable odors.– Spot cleaning of walls, doors, and other visibly soiled surfaces shall be performed to preserve the overall cleanliness and presentation of the facility.(2) All question must be submitted no later than July 31, 2026.
