EXTRA-72852 - USA (Mason, Michigan) - Feasibility Study Development Service - Deadline August 13,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide feasibility study development service to the government authority located in Mason, MI.• To develop an adaptive reuse feasibility study or similar assessment overseeing and coordinating design procurement, design phase management, bidding, and construction through occupancy ensuring compliance with all applicable regulatory standards, budgetary constraints, and project timelines.• A multi–year delivery strategy intended to maximize public value within the current capital constraints through phases of execution aligned with annual budget availability may be included in proposals, along with suggestions for innovative or alternative funding sources that could support project delivery• The project cost shall include all expenses necessary for the successful delivery of the project, including, but not limited to, professional consulting services; feasibility studies; architectural and engineering services; Owner’s Representative fees and reimbursable expenses; site investigations and surveys; design services; hazardous materials identification, removal, and abatement; building and site construction; project management and associated fees; construction inspection and testing; furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E); contingencies; and appropriate allowances for inflation and escalation.• The final deliverable shall include a comprehensive feasibility report outlining findings, recommendations, project viability, implementation considerations, conceptual design and preliminary estimated project costs(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 3, 2026(4) Mandatory Pre–Proposal Meeting will be held on July 20, 2026
