EDUCATION-17305 - USA (Madison, Wisconsin) - Training and Work Experience Stipends Services - Deadline July 21,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide training and work experience stipends services to the government authority located in Madison, WI.• Vendor shall provide stipends to job seekers based on participation time in short–term vocational training or work experience in order to increase the likelihood of successfully completing the activity and obtaining employment.• Vendor must demonstrate ability to track participation, administer payroll, and develop and maintain work experience sites.• Vendor shall create stipend schedule and eligibility process that will ensure benefits are paid based on need, related to probable long–term, full–time employment, and is not offered more than once to the same individual.• Vendor must demonstrate the capacity to serve eligible county residents countywide, including individuals who reside outside of the city, through accessible intake, communication, and payment processes.(2) All question must be submitted no later than June 30, 2026.(3) A contract period will be for one year.
