Fair Oaks Blvd at Kenneth Ave Traffic Signal

The Project includes, without limitation, furnishing all necessary labor, materials, equipment and other incidental and appurtenant Work necessary to satisfactorily complete the Project, as more specifically described in specifications. This Work will be performed in strict conformance with the specifications, permits from regulatory agencies with jurisdiction, and applicable regulations. The quantity of Work to be performed and materials to be furnished are approximations only, being given as a basis for the comparison of Bids. Actual quantities of Work to be performed may vary at the discretion of the County. The Project includes the installation of signals at the intersection of Fair Oaks Blvd at Kenneth Ave to improve safety and reduce the potential for accidents. Along with new signals, sidewalk improvements will occur. This includes the construction of new sidewalk to connect existing sidewalk, along with upgrades to existing sidewalk to current standards. Existing roadway pavement in the general area will be rehabilitated via a rejuvenating slurry seal, and roadway markings will be re-striped for increased visibility.
