(1) Vendor needs to provide personal property collection and valuation services to the government authority located in Medford, MA– Collect and value 150 personal property accounts each year in the City to ensure that the entire City is relisted within the five–year cycle.– Listing, coding and valuation updating services on all personal property in the city for fiscal years 2028, 2029 and 2030.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 14, 2026.
