Vendor needs to provide digital marketing services.– Partner to lead, manage and deliver digital marketing support for the partnership.– Digital marketing support will therefore include:• Raising awareness of sustainable/active transport messages, the projects we work on and promoting behaviour change.• Promoting the sustainable transport promotion campaign with agency and the three local authorities. • Managing and using social media platforms for organic and paid–for content (LinkedIn, Facebook, Snapchat and Instagram), researching relevant contact, sharing and writing content.• Developing an annual overview of activities, and their review.• Planning monthly planned promotional activity, in conjunction with agency and partnership local authorities, to be reviewed as part of an annual overview over the life of the contract.• Promoting agency and partnership local authority consultations, events, and other travel related news.• A requirement to be responsive to emerging news/updates and promote accordingly• Promoting the agency brand amongst relevant transport organisations to enable relationships to be built, informing projects and vice versa.
