(1) Vendor needs to provide design promotional and awareness campaigns and community screening services.– Design promotional and awareness campaigns across digital and community–based platforms, prioritizing channels with strong reach among at–risk populations and their families. – Develop locally tailored outreach materials — including posters, leaflets, and community notices — adapted to the language, literacy levels, and cultural context of target districts. – Manage screening event registration and community mobilization using practical, accessible coordination systems appropriate to rural and peri–urban settings. • Curate and segment target audiences to ensure participation from high–priority groups, including prospective migrants, returnees, parents, and local influencers. – Online and social media: Launch platform–specific promotional content — including event announcements, teaser clips, and targeted graphics — across Facebook, YouTube, and Instagram no fewer than two weeks before each screening, amplified organically through credible local voices including returnees and community leaders. – Media Engagement: Engage local and regional print, broadcast, and online media outlets to secure pre–screening publicity and, where feasible, press attendance at events. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 10, 2026.
