(1) Vendor needs to provide research, surveillance, communication, and outreach network service. • Provide outreach to travelers to international destinations, especially those at high–risk, and encourage them to seek pre–travel health consultations.• Maintain electronic, mobile application or web–based pre–travel health consultation resources that are user–friendly to both clinicians and travelers.• Develop and implement project performance measures that are based on specific programmatic objectives.• Create and use an evaluation plan.• Collect data in real time to rapidly respond to disease outbreaks.• Conduct data collections, analyses, evaluations, and publications of anonymous data collected on travelers during the pre–travel consultation.• Recruit and add travel providers to the network, as appropriate, to include high–risk travelers in their patient catchments.
