(1) Vendor needs to provide sponsorship planning and management services for recycling program. – Provide comprehensive, turnkey Recycling Program Sponsorship Planning and Management Services.– Develop, market, secure, implement, manage, and maintain sponsorship opportunities associated with the agency's residential recycling physical infrastructure and recycling program in–name.– Sponsorship Sales and Development• Develop sponsorship packages and tier structures.• Identify, solicit, recruit, and manage sponsors.• Maintain sponsor relationships.• Negotiate sponsorship agreements subject to City approval.• Develop annual sponsorship sales plans and forecasts.– Program Strategy• Recommend sponsorship structures including:O Exclusive sponsorship modelsO Shared sponsorship modelsO Sponsorship tiersO Direct funding models– Creative Design and Branding• Design sponsorship graphics and messaging.• Manage creative production and approvals.• Ensure sponsor visibility aligns with civic aesthetics.• Develop co–branding strategies.• Ensure compliance with agency content standards.– Production, Installation, and Maintenance• Fabrication and installation of sponsorship materials.• Maintenance and replacement of damaged materials.• Periodic content refreshes.• Quality control inspections.• Service response and issue resolution.– Asset Management– Manage sponsorship placements– Community Engagement– Reporting and Analytics– Data Privacy and Compliance– Economic Strategy: fferors shall describe strategies for encouraging sponsorship participation by local businesses and community organizations.• Revenue–sharing arrangements.• Minimum annual guarantees.• Sponsorship revenue forecasts.• Public service announcement allocations.• Financial reporting methodologies.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 25, 2026.(3) Pre–bid meeting will be held on August 18, 2026.
