EXTRA-73510 - USA (Elkhorn, Wisconsin) - Temporary Housing Services - Deadline August 25,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide temporary housing services to the government authority located in Elkhorn, WI. – Provide multiple dedicated housing units reserved solely for Health and Human Services (HHS) recipients.– Supply all utilities, furnishings, appliances, household essentials, and cleaning services of the rental upon move out.– Conduct a structured, in–person walk–through of each occupied unit every 30 days.– Offer clients instruction and assistance in applying for permanent housing, including guidance on application requirements, documentation gathering, and landlord expectations.– Maintain regular communication with HHS staff regarding client needs, concerns, and progress.– Maintain occupancy records, unit condition notes, and documentation of monthly walk–throughs.– Ensure timely, professional handling of unit maintenance and turnover.– Have systems in place for 24–hour emergency contact for housing–related issues (e.g., lockouts, urgent maintenance).(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 13, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for two years.
