(1) Vendor needs to provide cloud–based instructional observation and feedback platform.• Provide a unified, cloud–based instructional observation and feedback platform for County School District.• Marzano Alignment: the tool must have specific, built–in integration of the 3 design areas and 43 design elements from new art and science of teaching.• Rubric Navigation: Observers must be able to easily select, score, and reference these 43 elements dynamically during a live classroom walkthrough or classroom observation• Localized Context: The system must allow each of the 32 schools to independently configure up to three (3) custom dropdown fields• Targeted Academic Feedback: The platform must include an intuitive interface for observers to generate and deliver professional, growth–oriented academic feedback to teachers immediately following an observation.• Teacher Access: A secure portal where teachers can view feedback, respond, track their historical observation data, and view growth trajectories.• School–Level Dashboards: Each of the 32 schools must have a school specific dashboard.• Dashboard must aggregate observation data in real time, allowing principals and instructional coaches to identify building–wide strengths and pinpoint• Single Sign On: Microsoft SAML or ClassLink SSO.• Roster Integration: PowerSchool plugin or ClassLink rostering.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than October 21, 2026.
