(1) Vendor needs to provide entrepreneurship accelerator and business training program services to the government authority located in Houston, TX.– To design, develop, implement, manage, and evaluate an entrepreneurship accelerator and business training program that supports aspiring entrepreneurs, startup founders, and early–stage businesses.– provide a structured entrepreneurship development program designed to strengthen participants' business knowledge, leadership skills, operational readiness, and long–term business sustainability.– Program Design:– The Contractor shall develop and implement a comprehensive entrepreneurship accelerator program that includes, at a minimum:1.2.1 Program planning and administration1.2.2 Recruitment support1.2.3 Participant selection recommendations1.2.4 Cohort management1.2.5 Entrepreneurship curriculum1.2.6 Business coaching1.2.7 Mentorship coordination1.2.8 Business resource development1.2.9 Program evaluation1.2.10 Performance reporting1.2.11 Capstone or showcase event– Entrepreneurship Curriculum: Entrepreneurial mindset, Business model development, Business planning, Market research, Customer discovery, Branding and marketing, Sales strategies, Financial literacy, Budgeting, Cash flow management, Financial projections, Access to capital, Legal entity formation, Business licensing, Intellectual property fundamentals, Business operations, Strategic planning, Leadership development, Business ethics, Government contracting fundamentals, Supplier diversity opportunities, Technology and digital business tools, Business growth and scalability.– Business Coaching and Mentorship: Business assessments, Goal setting, Individual business coaching, Subject matter experts, Industry mentors, Peer learning opportunities, Office hours, Business advisory services,(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 30, 2026
