(1) Vendor needs to provide physical examinations and cancer screenings service to the government authority located in Omaha, NE.• Facility and/or provider requirements – Capacity and staffing to process up to 690 physical exams/cancer screenings within the specified time frame not to exceed 180 days – Capacity and staffing to complete physical exams, cancer screenings and consultations for up to 8 individuals per day – Ability to provide the required components of these physical exams and cancer screenings as outlined by agency – Maintain firefighter medical information privately and securely Complete all exams, procedures and consultation at one location during one visit including all sample testing such as blood and urine analysis – Facility/provider must be considered a Nebraska based Accountable Care Organization (ACO)(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 21, 2026.
