(1) Vendor needs to provide battery energy storage system design and engineering services to the government authority located in San Rafael, CA– Design and develop complete engineering drawings and calculations that are suitable for permitting through applicable permitting authorities for the installation of a Tesla Megapack of an approximate rating of 4.0 MWh capacity and 2.0 MW Power, future solar systems to be installed on the administration and maintenance buildings and permitting support for the installation(2) A pre–bid meeting will be held on October 2, 2026.(3) All questions must be submitted no later than October 7, 2026.
