(1) Vendor needs to provide utility locating services to the government authority located in Prescott, AZ. • Accessing and managing locating tickets through the AZ811 system.• Locating water, wastewater, and stormwater infrastructure within the designated work areas.• Accurately marking underground infrastructure in the field using the appropriate paint colors and marking standards.• Utilizing appropriate locating equipment and technology necessary to identify various pipe materials and utility configurations.• Recording the completion of locating tickets in the AZ811 system.• Coordinating with City staff and contractors as necessary to complete locating requests.• Providing sufficient manpower and equipment to meet the City's requested schedule and workload.(2) The contract period will be for two years. (3) Non–Mandatory pre–bid meeting will be held on September 24, 2026.(4) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 15, 2026.
