(1) Vendor needs to provide edit–share flex cloud sync server service.– Provide EditShare FLEX Cloud Sync Server to host the Cloud FLEX client and allow on–premise data to be synced to the cloud.– Provide EditShare FLEX Sync software to allow on–premise data to be synced to the cloud under a perpetual license.– Perform Remote Commissioning, including system configuration, setup backup software and configure with AWS storage, and verification of connectivity with existing storage system and production system.– Provide Remote Product Training for a maximum number of 5 people, including one full day of dedicated product instruction delivered remotely.– Provide EditShare Annual Support Contract – Standard: 9x5 Regional Business Hours, Telephone, Portal and Email Support, covering Hardware, Software updates and upgrades.– Provide NetGear M4350–24X8F8V Ethernet Switch meeting the specified technical requirements.– Provide Proline Cisco® SFP–10G–T–CAT Compatible TAA 10GBase–TX SFP+ Transceiver.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 12, 2026.
