(1) Vendor needs to provide JUUL settlement funds for youth vaping prevention service to the government authority located in Tompkins, NY.– The attorney general approved uses for these funds include prevention, cessation, enforcement, and research and surveillance.– Prevent youth and young adults from initiating vaping.– Support community, school, college, and university–based anti–vaping programs.– Help people quit vaping. – Enforce vaping laws and regulations – Research and surveillance(2) The contract period will be for one year.
