Description

Lancaster County, South Carolina is seeking sealed Proposals from qualified firms to Design and construct two (2) single-story Emergency Medical Services (EMS) stations approximately 5,920 square feet each. The Proposer must be a Certified General Contractor licensed in South Carolina at the time of submittal. The successful Offeror will demonstrate their proven experience in design and construction skills for EMS Stations. Contracting firms must meet or exceed all specifications and requirements as set forth in this RFP document. Contractor must furnish all design services, equipment, materials, labor, tools, transportation, supplies, and incidentals necessary to complete the entire project as described in the specifications.
