MRB-56551 - USA (New Jersey) - Labor Relations Counsel Service - Deadline September 4,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide labor relations counsel service to the government authority located in New Jersey. – Provide labor relations attorney shall serve as a consultant and provide professional legal advice on labor relations, employment law, personnel matters, and related issues. – Attorney will serve as chief spokesperson at bargaining sessions with employee organizations and perform the preparation, research, negotiations, and related services necessary to successfully conclude the collective bargaining process.– Civil service law and related personnel regulations.– Disability benefits and employment–related disability matters.– Employee discipline and related personnel matters.– Federal and state labor and employment regulations and regulatory matters.(2) The contract period will be for one year. (3) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 24, 2026.
