(1) Vendor needs to provide grant writing assistance services to the government authority located in Carson, CA.– Provide proposal strategy and development to complete grant applications on its behalf.– West basin invites interested firms with significant experience in grant research, writing, and proposal development, and a track record of securing grant funds for water resource management projects, including enhanced water–use efficiency and recycled–water projects.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 20, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for two years.
