(1) Vendor needs to provide psychological services used for pre–employment screening, fit–for–duty determinations, post–incident assessments, weapon–carrying readiness, and critical–incident support to the government authority located in Delaware.• Pre–employment psychological evaluations• Fit–for–duty assessments• Post–incident evaluations• Weapon qualification/reinstatement evaluations• Critical incident stress debriefings• Other specialized assessments requested by participating agencies– Human Resource Personnel will initiate referrals and provide documentation that may include:• Candidate/employee name• Essential job functions• Job description and physical requirements• Use–of–force or weapon–carrying requirements• Reason for referral• Incident reports or performance concerns– Pre Employment Testing Requirements• Administer a comprehensive psychological test battery• Conduct a structured clinical interview and mental status examination• Provide face–to–face, virtual or hybrid evaluations based on specific agency request(2) All question must be submitted no later than October 26, 2026.
