(1) Vendor needs to provide owner's representative service to the government authority located in Michigan. • Prepare a comprehensive space needs assessment and program scope for the Civil Justice Center utilizing current best courthouse design practices;• Prepare proposed conceptual designs for the Civil Justice Center based on the space needs assessment and program scope;• Prepare operational and life cycle cost estimates for both a separate 36th District Court building and a combined 36th District Court and County Civil Justice Center building/complex.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than Oct 16, 2026.
