– Vendor needs to provide cloud storage solution. – Cloud–hosted Trauma Registry and PI modality shall be highly available and resilient.– Maintain continuous Authority to Operate (ATO) and strict role–based access.– Functional software enhancements, automated abstraction features, and PI tools.– Extract, map, and ingest data seamlessly from source systems (SIMON) without data loss.– Provide responsive Help Desk support and timely resolution of system defects or outages.– Design, develop, and maintain a Trauma Registry application supporting full registry operations, including case lifecycle management, data abstraction, coding (ICD, AIS), validation, and completion.– Provide configurable capabilities for registry and PI workflows, allowing authorized users to configure data fields, validation rules, workflows, and PI triggers without code changes.
