– Vendor needs to provide operator service to the government authority located in Hugo, CO. – Provide Operator in Responsible Charge (ORC) services for the town's municipal drinking water and wastewater.– Provide operational oversight of the town's groundwater treatment and water distribution systems.– Reviewing program administration and regulatory compliance.– Providing recommendations for program improvements.– Reviewing and maintaining the service line inventory.– Develop or revise operating procedures.– Be reasonably available by telephone during normal business hours.– Prepare written monthly operational reports.
