(1) Vendor needs to provide E–rate managed services for information technology services to the government authority located in Los Angeles, CA.– The E–Rate program provides eligible schools and libraries with discounted telecommunications, internet access, and internal connections services.– E–Rate Strategic Managed Services: – Providing ongoing regulatory analysis and guidance regarding E–Rate–eligible services, including Category 1 (Data transmission and/or Internet access services) and Category 2 (Internal Connections, Managed Internal Broadband Services, and Basic Maintenance of Eligible Broadband Internal Connections).– E–Rate Application Management & Support: – Coordination with District technology and finance staff to conduct an annual E–Rate discount strategy session, identifying priority projects and services for the upcoming funding year.– Application Preparation & Submission: – Identifying opportunities to maximize discounts and ensure all eligible services are captured in applications.(2) All question must be submitted no later than October 26, 2026.
