EXTRA-73220 - USA (Georgia) - Transit Financial Modelling Support Service - Budget - Up to 150,000 USD - Deadline August 21,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide transit financial modelling support service to the government authority located in GA.– The Consultant will provide financial modelling services that produce decision‑ready outputs for agency leadership, the agency Board, the Project Governance Committee (PGC), and partner agencies.– The Consultant must demonstrate prior experience modelling large transit capital programs and federal funding stacks– Project Management• Identify a single point of contact to serve as project manager and to coordinate sub‑consultants, invoices, scheduling, and file management.• Submit monthly progress reports with each invoice; invoices will not be processed until the assigned Beltline Project Manager has received and reviewed the report.– Beltline Transit Study Financial Model Updates and Outputs• Refresh the Beltline Transit Study Financial Model with current cost estimates, schedule assumptions, escalation factors, and inflation indices.• Extend the model to reflect the First Phase of Beltline Transit (Southside light rail), Murphy Crossing infill station, and the broader 22‑mile corridor.• Maintain version control and a documented assumptions log; deliver model updates on a quarterly cadence and on demand for major decisions– Coordination with P3 and Financial Advisory Consultant Team• Coordinate inputs and outputs with agency P3 and Financial Advisory consultant team on innovative financing, bonding, and P3 structures.• Reflect the recommended financing structures in the financial model and ensure consistent assumptions across consultant work products.(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 31, 2026
