Vendor needs to provide worker interface pilot solution. – Prepare agency and tribal partners for the launch and adoption of the new MAXIS Worker Interface including call center support. – Support the agency in preparing agency workers for launch and adoption of the new worker interface and providing call–center support for those workers for a limited duration pilot.– Help transition the project from the current design and development phase into pilot implementation and support.• User Acceptance Testing (UAT):– Plan and deliver UAT, training, and ongoing support.– Guide, coordinate, and participate in UAT prior to go live.• Local partner training:– Lead the training and readiness activities for agencies participating in the pilot launch– Building and communicating clear plans, schedules, designs, success outcomes and readiness goals– Creating accessible user–facing documentation and training materials to support education and adoption of the worker Interface by the pilot county and tribal human services staff– Develop and deliver comprehensive train–the–trainer training.• Launch monitoring / contact center:– Support pilot go–live launch in the pilot counties and tribes.– Structured feedback on training and support needs, milestones, and progress to the State project team– Hands–on and virtual implementation support– Provide ongoing User support for 200–300 pilot workers for the duration of the pilot– Provide live telephonic / digital support coverage for pilot duration during standard M–F business hours of 8am – 5pm CST• Pilot feedback and evaluation:– Guide the monitoring of adoption and utilization during the pilot with regular reporting to stakeholders– Share qualitative and quantitative feedback from users and stakeholders, to be delivered on a monthly basis at minimum– Support any iterative improvements during the pilot period, with updated documentation, training and worker outreach– Provide governance and communications about support items to agency teams via weekly / monthly dashboards and syncs
