(1) Vendor needs to provide gateway sign design and install services.• Provide professional design, fabrication, construction, and installation services for gateway installation.• The Gateway Installation serves as both a recreation amenity and an economic development tool. • It creates a memorable destination for visitors while helping residents better understand and appreciate the history, culture, and natural resources that make this area unique. • Interpretive and wayfinding components.• Long Trail branding elements.• Site–specific mapping and orientation information.• Integration of Borough–provided content, logos, coordinates, and trail information.• Structural and foundation details are appropriate for climatic conditions• Provide color–fast finishes resistant to UV degradation. • Fabricate all Gateway components.• Prepare the site as required for installation.• Install all foundations, mounting systems, signage, and structural components.• Long Trail Gateway monument or kiosk.• Long Trail logo and branding.• Visitor orientation map.• Directional and wayfinding information.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than November 2, 2026.
