(1) Vendor needs to provide enterprise AI innovation solution and strategic partnership services.– Strategic enterprise artificial intelligence innovation partner to help establish a secure, scalable, and enterprise–grade AI ecosystem that accelerates knowledge discovery and enables the responsible development, piloting, and operationalization of high–value AI use cases.– Single point solution or isolated technology implementation. – Selected partner will be expected to provide a combination of technical infrastructure, strategic advisory support, implementation capabilities, governance expertise, and collaborative innovation resources.– An enterprise AI innovation ecosystem that:• Provides secure, scalable, agentic AI infrastructure with governed access to approved enterprise data sources• Operates within HIPAA–eligible cloud environments, with a strong preference for secure Amazon Web Services deployments• Supports the use of protected health information and other restricted data under appropriate contractual, technical, and governance controls• Prevents the unauthorized disclosure, movement, or exfiltration of sensitive clinical, research, education, and operational data• Supports reusable institutional capabilities, including governed connectors, workflow templates, AI Skills, and shared knowledge assets• Enables a structured, problem–first process for evaluating, prioritizing, piloting, and scaling AI use cases• Supports continuous monitoring of model performance, outcomes, fairness, drift, bias, confabulation, and operational risk• Provides transparent documentation through CHAI Applied Model Cards or equivalent AI transparency tools• Supports collaboration across research, operations and administration, education, and selected clinical workflows• Provides transparent pricing, implementation planning, cloud–cost controls, and a clear three–year total cost model• Establishes clear approaches to intellectual property, data ownership, licensing, and ownership of co–developed solutions• Supports responsible innovation that considers workforce, environmental, legal, ethical, and sustainability impacts(2) An intent to bid due on July 29, 2026.
