(1) Vendor needs to provide orientation and mobility training services to the government authority located in Columbus, OH. – Provide Orientation and Mobility (O&M) services, including initial assessment and workplace familiarization, to agency employees as part of a reasonable accommodation. • Initial assessment: Assess the employee’s functioning level and O&M skills to identify service levels.• Workplace familiarization: Structured instruction during which a Certified Orientation & Mobility Specialist (COMS) systematically introduces the employee to the physical layout and environmental cues of the worksite.– Instruction may include: Safely entering the building, General indoor familiarization, Identifying safety hazards (drop–offs, obstacles, etc.) etc.• Services shall be provided in–person and during typical employee working hours, 7 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 22, 2026.
