(1) Vendor needs to provide web–based training development system.– Web–based provider training for concurrent treatment of PTSD and substance use disorders using prolonged exposure (COPEWeb).– Web–based training for providers (COPEWeb) to strengthen providers’ capacity to deliver cope to veterans with co–occurring posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD) and substance use disorders (SUD) and compare the effects of the COPEWeb training versus in–person training on knowledge acquisition, provider satisfaction, and fidelity.– The proposed web–based training will address limitations of conventional in–person workshops (e.g., time, travel costs) and extend training to providers working in rural va–affiliated community–based outpatient clinics (cbocs) where opportunities may be less accessible.– Develop and support COPEWeb, as detailed within the above–mentioned objectives.– Web–based application– Design\storyboard UI/UX– Develop\Update functionality and workflows.– Application security following approved guidelines and policies– Develop SQL database on the backend of the application. – The Contractor is expected to furnish hosting, deployment, system administration, and ongoing maintenance.– Standalone application login is acceptable.– The clinical content, scripts, module text, assessment questions, and video demonstration content.(2) The contract period will be for one year. (3) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 20, 2026.
