(1) Vendor needs to provide entrepreneur and small business cohort program services to the government authority located in Texas.      – To provide a structured entrepreneurial development program designed to support businesses at all stages of growth, from aspiring entrepreneurs with a business idea to established businesses seeking to scale operations, increase revenue, expand markets, and create jobs. – The Cohort Program will consist of four cohorts annually, each designed to address the unique needs of varying business stages, industries, and growth objectives.– Cohorts may be industry–specific or targeted to a broader audience depending on identified market demand and strategic priorities.                      – Contractor shall design, coordinate, and facilitate four business cohorts annually.• Program Structure• Target participants    – The program shall serve Arlington based businesses across all stages.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 10, 2026.
