CONS-22736 - USA (Coconut Creek, Florida) - Police Station Renovation and Expansion Design Services - Deadline August 26,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide police station renovation and expansion design services to the government authority located in Coconut Creek, FL.– The new facility needs to be accessible through the existing building, while operating completely independently of the existing facility. The new building will require a backup generator and separate utility services.– The entire Police compound will be considered in this effort to provide the necessary access and parking. This includes the recycling compound and access road on the east side of the property. The intent is to maximize parking within the compound with efficient access and egress– Architectural design including but not limited to site planning and design; zoning; building programming, plans and elevations; renderings; interior design; written specifications; construction cost estimating; and preparation of signed and sealed construction documents– Landscape architecture, including all landscaping and irrigation.(2) A pre–proposal meeting will be held on August 6, 2026. (3) All question must be submitted no later than August 19, 2026.
