DES-2711 - USA (Edinburg, Texas) - Off Premises Record Storage-Pickup Retrieval Delivery and Shredding Services - Deadline September 30,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide off premises record storage–pickup retrieval delivery and shredding services to the government authority located in Edinburg, TX.– Storage of all new or additional records, in a new proper storage box.– Pick–up of files and boxes for storage on a daily basis twice a day (morning and afternoon) and on an emergency basis.– Deliver files or boxes requested by the department.– Any storage boxes requiring replacement shall be provided at no charge.– All files sent to storage or that are retrieved from storage shall be maintained with a reference tracking system before delivery to the appropriate agency department or re–filed.– Over a period of twelve (12) months, the awarded vendor shall provide an inventory of all files stored on its site.– An updated inventory progress report shall be provided to the appropriate Department on a monthly basis.– Pick–up is defined as the actual physical carrying and transporting of a file or box form the department by the bidder with the intent of filing and storing such file or box at the bidder’s facility.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 21, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
