Replace the existing entrance gate motor with lift master CSL-24UL with battery backup commercial slide unit. Replace existing chain and reuse base and adjust as needed. Modify existing entrance gate and install new V track system, size 16 linear feet. Replace photocell with THRU beams qty (2) interior and exterior. Project would require running power source from each beam. Cantilever is existing gate.
