(1) Vendor needs to provide consolidated plan and annual action plan services to the government authority located in Rocky Mount, NC.– Responsible for assisting the department of housing and community development staff with the development of the 2027–2029 consolidated plan and 2027 annual action plan, including all narratives, data tables, and other plan elements.– Data collection, research, and analysis to understand and communicate the demographic, economic, and housing conditions of the community.– Information on past and current Community Development programs, policies, and related materials.– Community outreach and public hearings.– Consultant will be required to plan and coordinate all public meetings and public hearings associated with the project.– Goal development and strategic planning outcomes.– Responsible for establishing the strategic vision of the consolidated plan and annual action plan based on data collection, research and analysis, and public feedback.(2) The contract period will be for one year.
