(1) Vendor needs to provide facilities custodial services to the government authority located in Tallahassee, FL. – Provide a clean, safe, and attractive environment will be monitored by staff and corrective action will be taken when required.– Absence of marks, spots, stains, and streaks on interior and exterior entrance doors and lobby glass and all partition glass.– Absence of encrustation, soil, and wax build–up on floors, particularly in corners, along edges and baseboards, around door jambs, and around furniture and equipment legs.– base anticipated work hours are between 6:00 PM and 12:00 AM, Monday‐Saturday, and 6:00 PM to 11:00 PM on Sundays.– Holiday service is critical to maintain, due to the operational or entertainment nature of their business.(2) The contract period will be for five years. (3) Pre–bid mandatory meeting will be held on August 31, 2026. (4) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 9, 2026.
