Description

The City is seeking a Cemetery Management System (“System”) providing automated solutions to municipalities in accordance with the City’s IT Specifications – see Attachment H. The System shall deliver efficient and user-friendly sales and records-keeping modules, including, but not limited to consolidation of existing records, work-order and event scheduling and tracking, integration with the City’s financial software (AFMS and myRevenueSystem), asset management and work order management software (Lucity), and GIS mapping software (ESRI). The System shall be cloud-based and provide the functionalities listed in Attachment I Technical Requirements. All data collected by the system will be owned by the City.
