(1) Vendor needs to provide creator service.– Provide a comprehensive creator content program and its participating industry partners in support of our mission to promote as a premier travel destination.– Provide a comprehensive, fully managed creator service ecosystem paired with an enterprise software platform.– Deliver a turnkey, fully managed service handling creator sourcing, contract negotiations, brief creation, and payouts supported by a powerful, multi–tenant software ecosystem.– Platform and managed services will engage content creators to produce authentic, mobile–optimized short–form videos that align with organizational priorities for distribution across organic and paid digital channels statewide.– Creator sourcing, management and network capabilities.– Vetting creators to ensure high production quality, brand safety, and regional and demographic diversity.– Vertical short–form video production.– Automated creator mobile workflow.– Embeddable interactive story galleries.– Platform's built–in AI features that automate digital asset management (DAM), including metadata tagging, content curation, and asset discovery.– Natural language and automated video scene indexing.– Creator campaign management and submission workflow.(2) The contract period will be for three years.
