(1) Vendor needs to provide geotechnical engineering services to the government authority located in Lake, FL.• Subsurface exploration, including soil borings, test pits, pavement cores, and related field investigations.• Laboratory testing of soils, aggregates, asphalt, concrete, and other materials.• Analysis and recommendations related to foundations, pavement design, earthwork, slope stability, and groundwater conditions.• Geotechnical reporting with findings, interpretations, calculations, and recommendations.• Construction–phase support including field testing, special inspections, and review of contractor submittals.• Expert consultation and attendance at meetings as required by county staff.• Conducting standard penetration tests, cone penetration tests, or other accepted exploration methods.• Performing laboratory analysis for classification, compaction, strength, consolidation, permeability, shrink–swell, and other relevant parameters.• Providing foundation design recommendations for shallow or deep foundations.• Providing pavement structure recommendations for new construction, reconstruction, or rehabilitation.• Evaluating subsurface conditions affecting stormwater facilities, roadway embankments, culverts, and utilities.• Assessing geotechnical risks and offering mitigation strategies.• Preparing clear, concise geotechnical engineering reports suitable for public–sector construction projects.(2) All question must be submitted no later than October 23, 2026.(3) A contract period will be for one year.
